Refund and Returns Policy

At Keauty.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns Window

  • You may return most unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Products must be in their original packaging, with tags and seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Opened or used cosmetics/skincare products (for hygiene reasons).
    • Gift cards or downloadable products.
    • Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted promotions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@keauty.pk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions (e.g., shipping address).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and ship it to us. The Buyer pays the shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit card).
  • Store credit: If preferred, we may issue credit for future purchases.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

  1. Return the original product as per the return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Refund adjustments: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not caused by Keauty.pk.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or partial compensation based on the situation.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed, dispatched, or shipped. Contact us urgently for cancellations.
